Athletes entering the Under 13 age group are invited to apply for selection to participate in the “Fast Track”Sprints & Relays squad for the 2019 – 2020 season.

This is a great opportunity to really improve your athletic skills and have a great time doing it!

The squad is designed to provide quality coaching and active participation in athletics. A particular focus will be relays and baton changing. Our aim is to have most of our team at ALACs 2020 in Canberra well versed in relays so we maximise our result and points in the 4x100m relay at that event.

The first training sessions will be at the Centre Challenge meets on the 2nd & 3rd November with 3 more sessions through the season, one of which will be at the U12 & U13 coaching camp at Port Sorell, 5 – 10th January 2020.
