Casual Vacancy

Little Athletics Tasmania is looking to employ for a limited time a Casual Development Officer for the Hobart area working 2 to 3 days per week commencing in August and concluding in November this year.

The position requires the successful applicant to:

• Present the LAPS (Little Athletics Program for Schools) in local schools.
• Organise and facilitate school visits and information sessions or as directed by the Development and Competition Officer.
• Facilitate various broader participation and development efforts undertaken by the Association.
• Report activity to the Development and Competition Officer.
• Be flexible in which days you are able to work.

Essential requirements:

• Own motor car
• A current drivers licence
• A current Working With Vulnerable People Card
• Ability to work with children

Desirable requirements:

• An athletics background
• Qualified athletics coach
